BROOKIE

Brookie is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist and NASM Golf Specialist. She's a competitive NPC bikini bodybuilder & wellness advocate that loves teaching fitness classes and casually running 5Ks, 13.1s or competing at HYROX.


Trinity Squad is her wellness community that empowers members to tap into their trinity (mind, body, soul) and always do their best so they can better serve others. She birthed this community during a time when she needed & craved fellowship the most. She lives by the motto "feeling good is a daily routine."


Brookie lives and works in Back of the Yards. When she's not personal training at Chitown Mecca, you can find her listening to K-Pop or hanging in Chinatown. Her objective is to provide approachable & accessible wellness resources to Back of the Yards' black and brown communities.

  • How does the monthly Trinity Squad Fitness training program work?

    Designed by Brookie Trinity and hosted on Everfit app, this gym workout plan helps you build strength, stay consistent, track progress, and achieve lasting results.  


    Refreshed monthly, you'll also receive access to 100+ at-home workout videos to keep your Trinity—Mind, Body, and Soul—strong wherever life takes you.

  • Where are Trinity Squad Fitness classes hosted?

    Chitown Mecca Gym in Back of the Yards!

  • Do I have to be a Chitown Mecca member to train with you?

    Yes! You'll need to obtain a Chitown Mecca gym membership in order to train with Trinity Squad Fitness.

  • What days and times are your group classes?

    50 minute classes are Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays- one morning class and one evening class.

  • How many people are in each class?

    With a maximum of 5 people per 50 minute class, you'll get the attention, accountability, and community you need to stay motivated, have fun, and crush your goals. Big results, small groups! 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Clients must cancel or reschedule 24 hours before scheduled session or class to carry-over a session or class credit. There are no refunds or carry-overs for late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no shows.
