Everything is better with a workout partner! Crush your goals alongside a friend or family member while enjoying personalized coaching, extra motivation, and shared accountability. Together, you'll strengthen your Trinity—Mind, Body, and Soul—and celebrate every milestone along the way.

  • Who are Trinity Squad personal training sessions for?

    Personal training is for all ages & fitness levels—from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Whether your goal is body composition (gain muscle, lost body fat), strength building, improved mobility, better overall health, or sport-specific performance, Brookie will help you reach your goals safely and efficiently.

  • How does it work?

    Personal training sessions are offered 1:1 or duet for 30 or 60 minute sessions.
