    Trinity Squad In-Person Classes are designed for athletes who want to achieve their goals alongside a supportive community. Our weekly classes focus on building total-body strength through foundational compound lifts and proven training methods.


    With a maximum of just five athletes per 50-minute session, you'll receive personalized coaching, accountability, and the attention needed to make consistent progress.
